The Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Time Professional Dog Groomer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-standard grooming services while ensuring a safe, calm, and positive environment for every dog in your care.

Key Responsibilities

Full Grooming Services: Perform professional-grade clips, breed-standard styling, and creative scissoring.
Technical Excellence: Expert handling of bathing, drying, deshedding, nail clipping, and ear cleaning.
Health & Behavior Monitoring: Conduct thorough skin and coat assessments and observe canine body language to adjust grooming techniques for the dog’s comfort.
Client Consultation: Communicate clearly with pet parents regarding grooming goals, skin/coat health, and behavioral feedback.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and collaborate with our assistant groomers to maintain the high standards of DOG LAB.
Sanitation: Maintain a pristine and organized workstation in line with our professional standards.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional grooming experience (C-Class or equivalent certification preferred).
Behavior-First Mindset: A deep understanding of dog behavior and a commitment to "low-stress" handling.
Precision & Style: Strong scissoring skills and a keen eye for detail.
Professionalism: A reliable, team-oriented individual who takes pride in their craft and professional growth.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments throughout the day.
